The AmCham Moldova community met on Thursday, September 28, with Petru Rotaru, the director of the State Tax Service, in a Business Breakfast to discuss current topics for the business environment.

"The contribution of the business environment to the improvement of the auxiliary normative framework is an essential and defining one, or, in everything we propose to achieve, if we acted separately, we would not achieve the desired result," noted Petru Rotaru. In his opinion, the results obtained from this collaboration are for the benefit of both the business environment and the entire society.

The discussions related to the electronic management of sales, the opportunity to implement the transfer pricing mechanism, the e-invoice, the conduct of tax visits and controls, tax policies, etc.

The members of the AmCham community appreciated the high degree of openness and interaction with the business environment on the part of the state tax authority. They expressed their hope that this cooperation will continue for the benefit and prosperity of the economy and the entire country.
