To form an entrepreneurial culture based on the principles of compliance, honesty, and mutual respect between the business community and the bodies responsible for ensuring taxpayers' tax and customs compliance, the Club of the honest entrepreneurs was conceptualized.

Clubul antreprenorilor onesti is a joint effort between the American Chamber of Commerce of Moldova, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Service, the Customs Service, the Center for Information Technology in Finance, Junior Chamber International Moldova, and FINEDU.

Thus young entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to interact with both tax and customs officials from specialized institutions, to better understand how the tax and customs system works, but also to discuss with AmCham Moldova members, which have been decorated over the time with the title of honest taxpayers (the best taxpayers, authorized economic agents, etc.) to make a transfer of knowledge in terms of best entrepreneurial practices to develop an honest and prosperous business.
