Coffee & Taxes: E-Factura

On June 17, Tax Committee held the third meeting of the Coffee & Taxes series with the participation of the authorities:

•Mr Dorel NOROC, Secretary of State, Ministry of Finance,

•Mr Igor ȚURCANU, Deputy Director of the State Fiscal Service,

•Ms Corina PAVLIȘCIUC, Head of the Cooperation and Information Exchange Department,

•Mr Igor STAVINSCHI and Ms Irina RUSNAC from the Directorate-General for Taxation and Fees methodology, SFS,

•Mr Andrei DUCA and Ms. Mariana CHIRTOACĂ from the Information Development Directorate, SFS,

•team of specialists from the Center for Information Technologies in Finance (CTIF) led by Mr. Cornediu JALOBĂ, Deputy Director.

Conclusions of the meeting:

▶The State Tax Service offers free trainings and videos on the site regarding SIA "E-factura" and SIA "Taxpayer's Office";

▶The new system, operational from July 1, offers a series of new functionalities, which are in line with the needs of taxpayers exposed in requests over time. However, members drew attention to some issues that still need to be addressed individually to make the user experience useful and enjoyable.
