In the context of the economic activity carried out by legal entities, an increase in the level of digitalization of internal processes is also fixed. This fact is due to the global pandemic situation and the alignment with the best international practices on the dimension of activity efficiency and optimization of expenses and resources allocated to processes within the company.

Thus, within the business community, two major impediments stand out regarding the digitization of internal processes within companies: (a) the liberalization of the use of simple and unqualified signatures in B2B and intra-company relations and (b) the digitization of the archive.
