During e-TAXCON'21​ International Conference, a particular interest aroused the panel with the activity of non-residents, and the time of the panel did not allow us to cover a vital block: certificates of residency.

The topics that a planned to be covered are the following:

· Presentation of the certificates of residency in the periods after the time of payment and the corresponding tax effects;

· Certificates of residency issued for a period longer than one year and the need for annual proof of residence;

· Issues related to the documentation of the residence by individuals;

· The need to verify the validity of the certificates of residency by the subjects who make the payments in favor of non-residents;

· The procedure for refunding the income tax paid by non-residents and the challenges associated with it.

The event is dedicated to e-TAXCON'21 attendants registered for the e-TAXCON'21.
