During e-TAXCON'22 International Conference, a particular interest arose in the panel regarding the activity of non-residents, and the time of the panel did not allow us to cover an important topic: TRANSFER PRICING.
It was recently announced the introduction of the transfer pricing mechanism in Moldova via an initiative of Mr.Dumitru Alaiba - Chair of the Economy, Budget and Finance Committee of the Parliament, on which AmCham Moldova Community expressed its vision in a dedicated position paper.
The event will represent a platform to discuss the topic with a focus on two different perspectives:
- The international/regional experience in implementing transfer pricing mechanisms (Government and business perspectives) with Monica Todose, former Director of Romanian Tax Administration National Agency, Director at PwC Romania and Anastasia Dereveanchina, Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing Services PwC Romania | Lead of Tax&Legal practice at PwC Moldova.
- The Moldovan business perspective on the topic with Artur Virtosu, CFO at Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery and Cristina Vicol, General Accounting &Taxation Manager at Orange Moldova.
The discussion will be moderated by Veronica Sireteanu, Deputy Director AmCham Moldova.
