On February 20, AmCham members met Interim Director of the State Tax Service, Ludmila Botnari. Mrs. Botnari was accompanied by Director of Methodologic Department, Olga Golban, and Director of Strategies and Communication, Corina Pavlisciuc.

At the meeting Mrs. Botnari presented current projects implemented by State Tax Service: Tax Registration Register, as well as Electronic Register of Employees. Among other topics covered during the meeting were: E-Factura problems, VAT reverse charge mechanism, fiscal invoice particularities, and tax e-service.

The discussion on income tax regulatory framework and on tax e-service needs further elaboration, therefore it was agreed to schedule 2 technical sessions with State Tax Service representatives.
