AmCham participated in a working meeting with the Minister of Health, Ala Nemerenco, accompanied by the Secretary of State, Alexandru Gasnaș, and the head of the Policy Directorate in Medicine and Medical Devices, Iuliana Albu.

During the meeting, the parties had an exchange of views and discussed the current state of affairs on the topics of common interest regarding the new medicines law, the Rules of good pharmacy practice, the improvement of the legislation related to pharmacies and the sale of medicines, the improvement of the procurement system in public health and others.

The AmCham healthcare committee members appreciated several messages sent today by the Minister to the business community and expressed their openness to providing support for several ongoing and future initiatives of the Ministry of Health.
