AmCham Moldova, in partnership with Asociația Investitorilor Români în Moldova (AIR), organized a special event focused on #Recruitment​ in the New Era.

The #HRCommunity​ had the pleasure of hosting Ludmila Stratuța, HR Director at Purcari Wineries, who provided insights into modern recruitment practices and highlighted key trends in recruitment. Ludmila shared her valuable experiences and best practices, offering a unique perspective on the specific challenges and strategies relevant to the HR landscape.

Additionally, we were honored to have Dragoș Duțulescu, Customer Success Alchemist, and Corneliu Fecioru, Customer Revenue Manager, from the Jobful Romania team as special invitees. Leveraging their extensive experience and expertise in the industry, they presented the Jobful Career Platform, with a particular focus on addressing Global Talent Acquisition Challenges.

During their presentation, they offered an overview of talent loss and discussed interesting approaches and solutions. Some of the notable aspects emphasized included the impact on business productivity, empowering the recruitment team, and tailoring the talent acquisition strategy.
