Newly elected Co-Chairs of AmCham Tax Committee - Iuri Cicibaba (Managing partner TAXACO) and Lilia Colin (Director Deloitte Moldova) led the tax committee meeting.

During the meeting, there were discussed AmCham's proposals for tax policy 2025, shortcomings identified in tax policy for 2024, the MF Order regarding the approval of transfer pricing implementation rules, and other topics of major interest.
