At the request of AmCham Moldova, a working meeting regarding VAT on cars will be held under the leadership of Minister Belous and with the participation of colleagues from the Customs Service and State Tax Service.

The meeting will discuss problematic issues in the fiscal and customs dimensions, resulting from the introduction, starting with January 1, 2026, of the value-added tax on passenger cars.
