On June 9, a total of 50 AmCham members had an online meeting with representatives of Chisinau City Hall.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the concept and provisions of the draft Regulation on advertising media in Chisinau.

The main takeaways from the meeting are:

• The business community considers that the draft regulation must be brought in line with the provisions set out in the legislative acts;

• The draft regulation can be improved in terms of clarity of norms;

• The submitted draft Regulation is not finalized and may be modified based on the opinions presented by the interested parties;

• Chisinau City Hall is open to collaborating with all stakeholders on the draft Regulation.
