On October, 2nd, AmCham Tax Committee will meet State Tax Service and CTIF officials as a response to AmCham request on SIA "Monitoring of Electronic Sales" approved by the Government through GD55 / 2020

Among the main moments to be clarified are some that are directly related to the text of the Technical Concept of SIA "Monitoring of Electronic Sales":

-how to notify data reception in SIA "MEV" and description of the response protocol;

-the structure of the data to be sent to the SFS, the description of the procedure for initiating/resetting the data transmission, including the possibility of launching the respective processes remotely;

-the description of the data exchange protocol between the security element and the software and application of the cash machines, etc.;

-how it would work & the moment of its application and the group of companies it would affect.
