The Moldovan side did not ratify the Double Taxation Agreement between Moldova and the US. It creates some challenges in the activity of US investors, both individuals and legal entities, to conduct their activity in Moldova regarding the international practice of taxation of incomes. Those challenges will be discussed during the meeting.
