Tax and Customs Policy is one of the core documents that affect business activity and represents one of the greatest occasions for the business community to come with feedback on the authorities' vision on that and with some important proposals for making doing business easier, safer, and more clear in regards of tax and customs compliance (for more details about AmChams' tax and customs priorities, please consult AmCham Business Core​).

For 2023, the Tax and Customs Policy draft law​ was presented in early November, and the AmCham community expressed its position​. There are some very interesting and expected concepts proposed via draft law. Still, the entire business community is hopeful that the legislative process that involves consultations on the way will conduct some changes in the draft law to make it fitter to the realities faced by the business community now.

The event will be honored by the presence of:
