Lilia Ionita is an anti-corruption expert from Moldova, holding a Law degree from the State University of Moldova and a master's from the Academy of Public Administration of Moldova. She has worked for the Ministry of Justice for more than 10 years, being responsible for drafting policy documents and drafting laws on justice reform and anti-corruption. Lilia has also worked for more than 10 years as a project coordinator and expert for ”Centre for the Analysis and Prevention of Corruption” NGO and likewise as a consultant on justice, anti-corruption, and good governance issues for organizations and technical assistance projects, including Council of Europe, UNDP, EU, World Bank. She is the author and co-author of several publications and studies in the field of justice and corruption prevention.

Radu JIGĂU has been a member of the Union of Lawyers from the Republic of Moldova since 2010, graduating from the Faculty of Law of the "Babeș-Bolyai" University, Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and attended courses as a Counselor in the industrial property at the World Academy of the World Organization of Industrial Property, he holds the title of Authorized Agent in industrial property.
He worked with private companies in service provision, being responsible for monitoring the activity of all subdivisions within the companies, providing legal advice, and defending their interests in front of individuals and natural and legal persons.
He has worked as an expert/consultant in the field of justice and anti-corruption for international technical assistance organizations and projects, including the Council of Europe, UNDP and the EU.
