EMPOWER HER is a partnership between the U.S. Department of Commerce's Commercial Service, the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU), and AmChams in Europe (ACE) dedicated to bolstering efforts by U.S. and international businesses in Europe/Eurasia to advance women's economic empowerment in the workplace and women-led entrepreneurship.

#EmbraceEquity is the theme of the 2023 International Women's Day.

#IWD2023 is focused on the importance of equity to achieving equality and calls for everyone to fully embrace equity within their own sphere of influence.
