One of the main AmCham priorities is to stay innovative and promote tech trends in every area of activity. As for the HR Community, it is crucial to always use new and innovative technologies for people management and assessment.
AmCham HR Committee is invited to learn more about Lumos, a tool that utilizes research-backed personality tests to help companies gain insight into how their employees think, operate, and what motivates them. Lumos will help HR managers and coaches better understand their colleagues and prevent complicated work-related situations such as exhaustion, job-related cynicism, and inefficiency.
The program is the tool that assists the company in resolving various personnel-related challenges experienced by our startup teams, including:
1. founder conflicts
2. founder burnout
3. bad hiring
4. employee motivation issues
5. ineffective hires.
Currently, the company has developed a burnout test based on the work of Christina Maslach and Susan E. Jackson (Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI)) to assess an individual's experience of burnout. The instrument takes only 10 minutes to complete and measures three dimensions of burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. This test has already been used by more than 50,000 workers worldwide.
Do not miss the opportunity to take the first test, and give your feedback on improvements, new managerial challenges, and maybe new test ideas that could be helpful.
