The AmCham Moldova community met Dumitru Alaiba, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization. This dialogue took place during a Business Breakfast and focused on a range of topics aimed at streamlining the business environment in Moldova.

During the meeting, Mr. Alaiba emphasized the government's commitment to simplifying the lives of entrepreneurs. He mentioned the development of five deregulation packages designed to ease the burdens of businesses by cutting through bureaucratic red tape. The primary objective is to save entrepreneurs valuable time, money, and energy, which can then be directed toward business growth and job creation for the country's citizens.

The Business Breakfast participants actively discussed various key issues, with a particular focus on reducing bureaucratic hurdles, the deregulation process, opportunities within the capital market, strategies for attracting the labor force, digitalization efforts, and more.
