We are delighted to invite you to the AmCham Moldova Annual General Members Meeting (AGM) on April 16 from 8:00 to 10:30 at Digital Park.

The AGM is a key moment for our community, where the Executive Team will present the 2024 Activity Report and outline strategic priorities for 2025.

Moreover, this year's meeting holds special significance as AmCham members will cast their votes to elect the President and Members of the Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 mandate.

Important Voting Information:

• Voting during the AGM will be conducted electronically.

• If your company will be represented by someone other than the administrator (as per official registration documents), please prepare the empowerment (sample here​​​) for your delegate and submit it to the AmCham executive team by Tuesday, April 15, 12:00.

• Please note: Only members with no outstanding membership fees are eligible to vote!

We understand that not all members may be able to attend the meeting in person. Therefore, online participation via Zoom will be made available upon request to ensure inclusiveness and facilitate the voting process. This option is open to either the company administrator (as listed in the official registration documents) or an officially empowered representative.

To preserve the integrity of the voting process, the connection link will be shared only upon individual request, submitted in advance. This measure ensures that only eligible voters—either administrators or those authorized through an empowerment letter—will be granted access to participate and vote remotely.
