This is to announce that AmCham Moldova's regular Annual General Members Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, April 20, 12:00 – 14:30, at Radisson Blu Convention Center.

We invite you all to attend the 2023 AGM, where the Executive Team will present the AmCham 2022 activity report and 2023 activity priorities.

This year, within General Members Meeting, all members will be electing AmCham President & Members of the Board. Hence this calling notice opens the nomination period for the 11 (seats) in the Board of Directors, including AmCham President, for the period 2023-2025.

All AmCham members in good standing and proven support of AmCham activity are invited and encouraged to stand for Board of Directors membership. AmCham Committees also have a good chance to get represented within the Board by nominating a Committee candidate for Board membership. Delegated candidates should hold 1st or 2nd-level senior management positions or be part of the top management team.

The deadline for submitting the filled-in Nomination Forms to the AmCham office is March 30, 17:00.

Nominations must be submitted to the AmCham office in electronic format before the deadline and must include the following:

- The completed nomination form (sample here)

- A brief biographical description (200 words)

- Photo

By April 03, the AmCham office will distribute to all members and post on its website the overview of all nominated candidates. The ballots should be filled at the Annual General Meeting. The results of the elections for AmCham Board Members and President will be announced at the end of the meeting on April 20.
