Coffee & Audit: Meeting with the Ministry of Finance

On July 1, Tax Committee held the second meeting within the series Coffee & Audit.

The meeting was honored by:

•Mr Dorel Noroc, State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance

•Mrs Nicoleta Graur, Executive Director of Public Board of Audit Supervision

•Mr Andrei Craciun, Head of the General Directorate for Data Collection of Economic Entities, National Bureau of Statistics.

Conclusions of the meeting:

▶The Ministry of Finance is open to continuing discussions on issues related to the implementation of audit legislation on the AmCham platform;

▶Particularities related to the application / non-application of taxes in specific situations, but also how some restrictions in the law work;

▶The Ministry is to present its position on the whole set of topics addressed in written form.
