Following the request of the AmCham community, Digital Transformation Committee will meet with Mr. Iurie Țurcanu, Deputy Prime Minister for Digitalization, to discuss the importing issues for the community, including the following:
- Digitalization of government services, including in the area of interoperability between government registries in the interest of the business community;
- Remote identification (e-KYC) and how this mechanism could become lucrative, including through the use of government instruments;
- Electronic signature and broadening the spectrum of its use;
- Implementation and simplification of tax compliance procedures, especially in terms of compliance with the rules related to the "Electronic Monitoring of Sales" and "Fiscal Gateway" and other similar mechanisms;
- Digitization of the archive;
- E-commerce and related challenges;
- Extending the possibilities for the adoption of decisions by correspondence and means of electronic communication in the general meetings of the associates of limited liability companies
