On April 14, members of the HR Committee gathered for an online meeting to share best practices on how to ensure and measure high performance of remote workers.
The main ways to ensure the success of remote workers to be taken into consideration:
- Nurture a communication culture.
- Set metrics.
- Ensure face-to-face interaction occur.
Transparency is crucial. As quarantine continues, the employer must be honest regarding the current financial state of the company; and treat people equally and fairly.
